MC Detailing – Refund & Exchange Policy

At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.

Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
• Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
• No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.
