1. Who we are

These terms apply to everything you buy from mcdetailing.shop. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, you receive a full refund.
Product photos are representative. Colours can vary slightly between screens and between batches.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, currently including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.
Klarna's pay-later options are provided by Klarna, not by us, and are subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks.

4. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery £3.99, estimated 3 to 5 working days.
Express delivery £5.99, estimated 1 to 2 working days.
Free delivery on orders over £50.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays, within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Under UK consumer law you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. We go further than the legal minimum: you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days, subject to availability.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. On an exchange we cover the cost of sending the replacement out to you.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us straight away at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

7. Using the products safely

Detailing chemicals must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety data. Test on a small area first, especially on wraps, aftermarket paint and delicate interior surfaces. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect dilution, or use on unsuitable surfaces.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We do not accept liability for indirect losses.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
