Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
- No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this on my car's paintwork?
No, never use a turbo nozzle on paint. The spinning jet is far too aggressive and will damage your paint, trim and badges.
It is built for hard surfaces: wheel arches, sills, chassis, driveways, patios and concrete. For washing the car itself, use a normal fan nozzle and a snow foam cannon for a safe pre-wash.

What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
