Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
- No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

What should I use these on?
We use them for interior work and carpets, seats, floor mats, boot carpets and upholstery, where the drill does the scrubbing instead of your arms.
We do not recommend them on paintwork or alloy wheels. For tyres, use the Tyre Scrubbing Brush instead.
