At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
- No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

All our product uses M22-14, if you have a Karcher you can purchase our Karcher adapter in order to fit this product
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my Karcher pressure washer?
Yes. Everything we sell uses the standard M22-14 fitting, and Karcher machines use their own connection, so you will also need our Karcher Adapter.
The adapter works with all Karcher models.
I have a Nilfisk, Bosch or another brand, will it fit?
Our fittings are M22-14, which is the most common standard. We do not stock adapters for other brands ourselves, but an M22-14 adapter for your machine is easy to find and will connect straight up to our guns and cannons.

Will my existing snow foam cannon fit this gun?
All our guns use a 1/4" quick connect. If your cannon has the same 1/4" quick connect fitting, it clicks straight in.
Everything in our own range is cross-compatible, any of our guns fits any of our cannons. Browse our snow foam cannons and bottles.
What comes in the box?
The G25 comes with a full set of quick-connect nozzles, so you have the right spray pattern for every job from the moment it arrives.
The built-in holder on the gun body keeps them all with the gun, instead of loose in your pocket.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard, £3.99, 3–5 working days (free on orders over £50)
- Express, £5.99, 1–3 working days
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Email martin@mcdetailing.uk to start a return. If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage, otherwise the return postage is yours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Full details on our returns policy page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
