Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
- No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work with my vacuum?
It only works with a wet & dry vacuum, not a standard household dry vacuum. Pulling water into a dry-only machine will damage it, so please check yours before ordering.
It comes with 3 different adapters, which cover the majority of wet & dry vacuums out there.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard, £3.99, 3–5 working days (free on orders over £50)
- Express, £5.99, 1–3 working days
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Email martin@mcdetailing.uk to start a return. If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage, otherwise the return postage is yours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Full details on our returns policy page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
