At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item.
- No additional shipping costs will be covered for exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

Microfibre Wash Mitt
The safest way to wash paint is a deep-pile microfibre mitt and plenty of lubrication. The long fibres trap grit away from the surface instead of dragging it across your paint, which is what causes swirl marks with sponges.

What's the difference between the Finger Mitt and the Wash Mitt?
They do different jobs, and most people end up using both:
- The Finger Mitt lets you clean with your fingers, so you can get into tight gaps and actually feel the surface you are cleaning. We use it on wheels.
- The Microfibre Wash Mitt is for the bodywork, soft, plenty of pile, and it holds a lot of shampoo.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard, £3.99, 3–5 working days (free on orders over £50)
- Express, £5.99, 1–3 working days
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
