At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Email martin@mcdetailing.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap.
- Return postage is at your cost. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

The Vonixx Wheel & Tyre Deep Clean Kit is a wheel decontamination kit for neglected wheels, built-up brake dust and stained tyres. Three full-size 500ml bottles for £36, saving £5 against buying them separately (£41).
What's in the kit
- Vonixx Izer Iron & Fallout Remover 500ml: pH neutral iron remover that turns purple as it dissolves embedded brake dust and metallic fallout.
- Vonixx Acidus Fast Acid Wheel Cleaner & Descaler 500ml: acid wheel cleaner for mineral scale, rust staining and baked-on grime that a normal wheel cleaner will not shift. Not for polished, anodised or bare metal finishes.
- Vonixx Delet Tyre & Rubber Cleaner 500ml: tyre cleaner that lifts ingrained dirt and old dressing from the sidewalls.

What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Email martin@mcdetailing.uk to start a return. If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage, otherwise the return postage is yours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Full details on our returns policy page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
