At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Email martin@mcdetailing.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap.
- Return postage is at your cost. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

FORGE shifts brake dust and road grime off wheels without reaching for acid. The surfactant blend breaks the deposits down so they rinse away, which keeps it usable on finishes that an acid cleaner would eventually dull.
Supplied as a concentrate and dilutable up to 20:1. Go stronger, around 5:1, when the wheels have been left a while, and weaker for a routine weekly wash.
Finishes: painted, powder-coated and diamond-cut wheels. Take more care on bare uncoated aluminium and on anything freshly powder-coated, and test a hidden spot first.
Spray it on cool wheels only. Let it dwell briefly, agitate where it needs it, then rinse properly before it dries.

Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
