At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Email martin@mcdetailing.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap.
- Return postage is at your cost. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

SURGE is the weekly shampoo. What you are paying for is lubricity: the mitt glides instead of dragging, and that is what keeps swirl marks out of the paint. The pearlised foam is thick enough to see where you have washed.
The dilution is the headline. Five to twenty-five millilitres in a 20 litre bucket, which is one to five capfuls. A 500ml bottle lasts a very long time at that rate.
pH: neutral, so it cleans without stripping the wax, sealant or ceramic coating underneath.
Use on: paintwork, glass, plastics and exterior trim. Work top to bottom on a cool car out of direct sun, and dry it before the water can mark.

We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
