MC Detailing – Refund & Exchange Policy
At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Email martin@mcdetailing.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap.
- Return postage is at your cost. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

Hydrox Wash cleans and coats in the same step. It is a SiO2 enriched shampoo, so every wash puts a little more hydrophobic protection back on the paint instead of slowly stripping it off.
It is the maintenance wash for a car that already has a coating on it. Works in a bucket or through a foam cannon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply this with a snow foam cannon?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to use it. We run it at 1:4 or 1:9 in the cannon, foam the car and rinse it off.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard, £3.99, 3 to 5 working days (free on orders over £50)
- Express, £5.99, 1 to 3 working days
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Email martin@mcdetailing.uk to start a return. If something arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage, otherwise the return postage is yours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Full details on our returns policy page.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
