At MC Detailing, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at martin@mcdetailing.uk.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- You can exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Email martin@mcdetailing.uk with your order number and the item you would like instead, and we will arrange the swap.
- Return postage is at your cost. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at martin@mcdetailing.uk with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.

DRIFT is the foam that goes on before anything touches the paint. It clings to the panel long enough to soften road film, traffic grime and the gritty layer that causes swirl marks when a mitt drags it across the surface. Rinse that off first and the contact wash is doing far less damage.
It is a concentrate, so a 500ml bottle goes a long way. Dilute up to 50:1 and dial it back for a filthy winter car or stretch it out for a weekly maintenance wash.
Finishes: safe on gloss, satin and matte paint, and on wraps, PPF, ceramic coatings, waxes and sealants.
Dwell time matters. Give it 3 to 5 minutes and do not let it dry on the panel.
We suggest using DRIFT as a pre-wash for vehicles that has sealant, wax and ceramic coatings.

We currently only ship within the UK. If you are overseas and want one of our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
